When to go
Lombok the best time is
from july to august because the temperature is coolest at these time. In july
to august is a dry weather, if you want to the specific festival you can go to Lombok
on febuary or march. If you want to snorkel or scuba
dive around the Gilis, then you should visit during September and November for the best experience
because of favourable water conditions.
Lombok is more accessible
now because all commercial flight to Lombok international airport, the airport
is big and has good facitily for tourist domestic or international. If you want
go to the main town you can use the buses, the busses is very cheap but its
difficult if you can speak Bahasa indonesia.
